Launched in 2006, Music Matters is conducted in the heart of the world's most dynamic region and is Asia's only annual conference dedicated to the business of music. The event was created with and for the Music industry, bringing together major players from the entertainment eco-system to discuss, debate, do business and watch some of the hottest up and coming acts in Asia.
Created, managed and promoted by Branded, the Music Matters programme is customised with the assistance of an advisory board comprising of senior representatives from across the entertainment value chain including majors, independents, promoters, digital retail, lawyers, financiers, mobile and media.

Featuring case histories from Nokia, Smirnoff, Tiger, Wieden + Kennedy, FRUKT, Friendster, F1 Rocks, EMI, Google China, Fremantle Media, Universal Music and artists and their managers, the Forum brought together Asia's marketing and music communities for the first time to uncover new and exciting opportunities in the digitally converged world.
